"Abenteuer Biosphärenpark” [Biosphere Park Adventure] is the environmental education offering from the Biosphere Park Grosses Walsertal. The programme for the experience days and the residential school trips is based on the environment and nature education teaching modules and includes the experience module. Children and young adults are accompanied by specially trained leaders for 3 or 5 days in the biosphere park.
Eco-social schools experience week - a challenge for all the senses
It is hard to say which subject the “Biosphere Park Adventure” is best suited to. Better to say not one subject but all. During the visit the Biosphere Park Grosses Walsertal and its features are examined and studied from all sides. The students become master builders and journalists, adventurers and artists, geologists and ecologists, poachers and sociologists, historians and dairy farmers. They learn whilst they have fun and solve tasks, work on class unity and learn about their own personal boundaries. An eco-social schools experience week is a challenge for all the senses.
