Mountain timber
Goal of this initiative is the useful, sustainable usage of mountain timer, as well as its high-quality processing and treatment in the valley. All bigger forest owners, all six municipalities and nine craft enterprises came together to manufacture high-quality, ecological products. In this way mountain timber houses, windows and doors, right up to high-quality furniture made of silver fir-dunnage-panels, mechanically develop directly in the valley. As well as being economically important, the project also ensures skilled jobs in the “Grosses Walsertal”.
