Walser EigenArt
The personal craftsmanship is the main aspect of this initiative. With the brand “Walser EigenArt” craftsmanship and art handicraft of the Biosphere Park are promoted. A wildly ranged assortment of vat paper, ceramic-, textile- and wooden products, candles and many other masterpieces impart the cultural values of the Walser and impressions of the nature. Guests and inhabitants of the valley have many attractive possibilities for their leisure time activities with the offered atelier-visits and courses, moreover the operators of “Walser EigenArt” ensure additional earnings in the valley.
A range of Walser EigenArt products is available in the biosphere park management office in Thüringerberg, in the municipal office in Fontanella, in the tourism office in Raggal and in HausWalserstolz in Sonntag.
